Who we are

What data we collect

• When you sign up: your business name, your name, email, phone, city or area and website.
• Inquiries from your customers (through forwarded emails or our form): name, email, phone and message. For this data you are the controller; Quicklead processes it on your behalf and only on your instructions.

Why we use it

• To provide the service: automatic replies, follow-ups, summaries and your dashboard.
• To send you account and security emails.

We don't sell data and don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Make.com — automation and storage
• Resend — sending emails
• Anthropic — the AI model that drafts reply texts
• Lovable — website hosting and login

Some of this processing may happen outside your country. Our providers use standard contractual safeguards where required.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.

Deleting your data and your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, export or delete your data. Email office@quicklead.eu and we'll delete it on request. Customers who no longer want messages can reply "STOP".
